I like this game, and it works well for me on windows 7, the one thing that I don't like is how you can't bind one key alone while trying to configure the controls,(which ultimately I got the controls that I wanted while messing around with the binding.) and it's always with some other key even though you try to bind it to one key, but overall, I like the magic powers that you can use against your enemies. Good classic.
I feel that back in it's time I truly believe that it should've gotten a sequel, being a fan of simulation games myself and being able to be in command of a big ship fighting other ships and a navigating deep through space is the kind of game that deserves a sequel.
Playing Half Life: Counter-Strike over many years ago was what got me into playing UT99, and UT99 was what influenced me into playing UT2004, and I'll be straight up honest right now, I actually enjoyed playing Unreal Tournament games more then I did playing Counter-Strike, because they offer so many options on how you want to play the game against bots, as well as customizing your own player model, and to me UT2004 is the updated version of UT2003 or I can safely say that it's UT2004 and UT2003 in one awesome package, so get this game while you still can.
This felt like the very first "Diablo" game, except that it is in the format of an FPS rather than strategy, but to be honest though, this is the absolute golden classic that I was hoping to one day make it to this platform as to which it did, quite impressive.
Counter-Strike was what got me into playing this game back in 2002, this game for me was one of the best FPS games coming in second to Counter-Strike, but what can I say? I was addicted to this game for sure during that time back in 2002.
