I've attempted many times to play through the campaign, but the game is just a slog to get through. The computer's turns taking a very long time to wait through. Combat is not satisfying, and it often felt as though nothing I or the computer did really had much of an impact on the overall flow of the game play. It's a shame, because I absolutely adored the the first Strategic Command WWII game that GOG put up years before.
