Well-crafted and believable Lovecraftian setting. The world felt uncomfortably ruthless, with a few really dark dialogue choices (e.g., order or help people to commit suicide in gruesome ways). Due to the fact that hunger increases real-time and requires resources (which are quite expensive) to sate, I felt I cannot idle too much and must always rush towards next objective. What I did not like was the excessive loading screens, the need of which I cannot understand, considering this is a 2D game. I must praise the artwork/visuals, which gave a really convincing immersion into Lovecraft's world, for example encounters with colour out of space and the Witch House (from, er, Dreams in the Witch House) with its weird angle-based quantum magic.
