I've played this game for 250+ hours on PS4, and I can safely say its the best RPG I've ever played. The Witcher 3 truly presents you with a great deal of choice and consequence; and the effects of those choices are consistently felt rippling through the narrative. I care about the characters, I enjoy the gameplay and I love the world, The Witcher 3 gets so much right that its actually borderline ridiculous. If you haven't played this game yet and love RPGs, you owe it to yourself to play through this magical journey.
