What worked for me was XP SP3 compatibility mode, and lowest video settings. FPS seems to be around 30, but still very playable. This game obviously gets 5 stars, i love how i can just buy it without much hassle instead of pirating it, since i lost the CD a long time ago. One of my favorite childhood games.
