Cyberpunk 2077

Looks amazing but full of bugs

Honestly the visuals are blowing me away! I have a 3080 and Ryzen 5800x and I am able to play at 60 fps with rtx on ultra and everything else maxed out, dlss on quality. The visuals are breathtaking, it's a shame the performance is so bad on consoles and non-rtx cards. I have almost 20 hours played, here are my thoughts: GOOD: - Love the story and characters so far - Visuals are spectacular - Best implementation of ray tracing, lighting looks very natural - Driving is a lot better than I anticipated - In game radio has non-stop bangers OKAY/NEUTRAL: - Gunplay is just alright. But it never really looked spectaular from any of the trailers/previews, so it is just what I expected. Lot of weapons tho - Wish there was more dialouge options. I see a lot of people saying there is zero RPG elements when it comes to dialouge but once you start doing more side quests, this changes and a lot more dialouge options appear - World feels alive, but wish there was more to interact with besides the local shootout or gang activity - Enemies are bullet sponge-y at times. I like the bullet sponge enemies, reminds me of playing Fallout games, but I can understand why some don't like it. Can be fixed by changing the difficulty tho. BAD: - Bugs. Holy moly theres a lot of random physics and NPC bugs - Performance is trash. I am blessed to have a 3080 but seeing other people try and play on non-rtx cards, this game is very poorly optimized. - UI is clunky at times. I may be the minorty here, but I think the UI itself looks great, just some of the menus are clunky - "Quality of life" features are just missing. Re-binding keys is very limited in scope, can be somewhat worked around by editing a XML file; no toggle aim; no walk/run toggle; no option for minimap rotate and zoom. All of these don't seem like a big deal at first, but they quickly become very annoying. Especially since it shouldn't be too hard to implement some of them. - AI can suck at times
