Dumbed down beyond recognition. Almost no rpg traits left in the game, compared to the first game. This certainly wasn't made for fans of the first game, and it wasn't made BY fans of the first game either. So who was this even made for? No manual saves - only autosaves. Requires a launcer (which is DRM of a sort, which means GoG shouldn't sell it) The writing just blatandly rips of Cyberpunk. Borders on plagiarism. No Journal No hotkeys This isn't just extremely low effort. It is insulting to the fans, and even more so to customers.
Stupid looking "cute" sparkles trail the players as they run. Very off-putting. I guess a Sonic fan made this, and decided it should have something to do with football?
Political activism and gender + race politics disguised as a story. One long narcissistic virtue-signal pose by whoever write it. Great graphics and voce acting, though.
Obviously made by casuals, for casuals. The 5e rules make a complete mockery of what used to be DnD, and the changes to the lore actually destroys continuity between BG 1-2 and this one. It is a sad state of affairs when franchises gets dumbed down for the cheering masses of normies, and this is sadly one of them. This is how DnD and Baldur's Gate dies - With thunderous applause.
