Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition

Runs terrible

I purchased this ultimate edition as I've heard majority of issues are fixed now. Well I can see massive potential but it runs like an alpha release game - around 20fps with an AMD 5800X3D and Nvidia 3060 Ti + 32GB of DDR4 3600mhz ram and NVME SSD (1440p ultrawide). No matter what settings I use really it runs poorly, not even fully maxing the GPU sometimes (temps are low 60s). I am using DLSS balanced and NO path tracing. I've tried undervolting etc as well. My computer now gets some of the best timespy benchmark results in the world for this combination of hardware but this game is still one of the only ones that runs poorly on my PC. Positives: I love the art style and game idea. World looks pretty good ignoring the low fps. Negatives: Runs terrible Super limited, repetitive cheesy voice lines sometimes (such as the police voice lines) Technologies such as DLSS really look much worse when dropping the quality settings, unlike every other DLSS game I've used so far. I have spent ages now trying various fixes, but it seems a fair few people with the latest patch are having problems like me. When / if these issues are fixed it'll be 5 stars for me.
