I can confirm this game works in Windows 10 it only reqires some work on the user end. Thanks to Robb in the Discusssion forum I found out the GOG version does not auto configure the STConfig Application. You will have to assaign the Directories and set up the configures as well. Lastly you must install your videocard drivers from the videocard manufacture such as in my case mine is AMD for this game to work properly.
Fantasic News Empire Earth dpes infact work in Windows 10 and you don't even need compatibility mode. You only need to install your videocard drivers update from your manufacture. Because the default Windows 10 Drivers will cause Empire Earth to crash.
I can confirm this classic does work in WIndows 10. GOG needs to add to the Discription that you will need to install and update your videocard drivers using your videocard card offical website. Such as in my case my Videocard is the AMD Radeon, Ryzen 5 and I had to go to the AMD website to use the Drivers Auto detect installer to get this fantastic game working.
