This game is Basically Don't Starve (artwork + base management) with a dungeon crawler additions (random weapons + cards) with great background about managing of your cult. Overall I recommended, but this game has some flaws. Pros: + Great artwork, + Interesting combination of different games, + Managing of your cult, + For my playthrough not too many bugs, + Good soundtrack, + Dungeon Crawler mechanics. Cons: - Dissapointing roguelite elements, if you like this type of games, - Later on managing of cult do not give fun, - Not too well optimized in terms of PCU usage, - After beating game there is not too much to do. Overall solid 20-25 hours of game for a quite small price.
For me CP is great game, but only if CDP Red will patch and polish some aspects. If you do not need it now just wait for patched version. Pros: -great plot -good side quests(not so much feedex quests) -good graphics, if you sit and predefine it yourself -satisfying gameplay -RPG progress, but not without some mistakes(Athletics...) -great soundtrack Cons: -BUGS! -and BUGS! -do I mention BUGS? -Crafting can be more user-friendly(crafting multiple grenades or medkits are horrible) -sometimes driving cars (some vehicles are very hard to control) -not so much interactions with NPCs For me it was worth playing, but if you do not own it just wait for patches. Remember Witcher 3? This will be more or less the same story.
This game is a sybiosis of Hotline Miami(one hit kill, difficulty) and Mirror's Edge(parkour, dystopian world) with the cyberpunk sauce. This quite unique combination creates one of the greater games this year. In plus: -parkour -challenge but rewarding gameplay, -graphics even without RT In minus: -plot is rather...generic -short -sometimes there are places where you loose momentum Overall I strongly reccomend this game. Absolutely materpiece of his own.
I really like SS games since the first encounter. For my humble point of view it's good succesor for previous game, but overall is quite average. Pros: +lots of weapons of destruction, but there are nothing new since SS3(except of one hidden weapon) +quite funny plot, but pretty predictable(SS is not the game where plot is important) +pretty good shooting +tries to give new mechanics such as perks -enemies are looking great +LEGION System... Cons: -which do not expand it's wing(maybe except of prologue and ending -meele fighting, which is bad -graphics of environment(uses Talos Principle assets and music - this is not bad hovewes it is noticeable) -large open worlds, which are empty -sometimes annoying cutscenes -translation problems(i use Polish and sometimes there are no translation whatsovewer) -it may be a bit longer For SS fans, add one star more to my review. I treat this game as an engine capabilities and trials for Croteam to expand this into more comples games in future. Overall i recommend for weekly brainless shooting, but i also reccomend to wait for discount.
