really good gameplay and merchant mechanics, really nice NPCs, great town and shop upgrades, however, said NPCs lacked a story in general, you can go the whole game without really needing to talk to three of them. now expading more on the gameplay side, it gets repetitive after the 3rd dungeon and you get too much money that it just becomes irrelevant, the moonlighter becomes more like a chore than something you'd do because it's interesting, merchant quests are also boring and don't add pretty much anything to the gameplay, some of the problems regarding money might be better on the ng+, but i'm not playing it to see.
