I was a very disappointed player back when the original launched on PS4, and sat out the two major updates that followed. 1.3 has in my opinion restored faith in Hello Games, and brought ahead changes and improvements that make this game even closer to the original vision we saw and loved. Most companies would have vanished by now, but these guys didn't quit on the game or the community, and I decided to give them another chance and so far have not regretted it. Graphics and gameplay have been improved vastly, and patches have been on the mark fixing problems being brought up by the community. For the record, I've had no issues running the game on an i7 6700k and gtx 1070, ssd. There are a few minor tweaks, like disabling vsync in game and instead using the nvpanel to enable vsync and triple buffering that help make things very stable. If you enjoy space and want to hop in and explore I think this might finally be a great time to either come back, or give No Man's Sky another chance. If they keep up this level of support for such a small team only great things can happen looking ahead!
