I got tricked by the slick YouTube video into buying this junk because it seemed like the people behind the release actually cared. It doesn't even launch on my system. I bought it along with 2 other games (Sim City 3000 and Vampire: The Masquerade), and neither of those games work either for a different reason.
As with Sim City 3000, as soon as I launch the game, it minimises itself and keeps doing so whenever I try to restore it.
I can't get Sim City 3000 to even launch on my system. It instantly minimises to the task bar, and when I try and restore it, I get a black screen and some sound for a second and then it minimises again. I can't even close the program normally and have to kill it from Task Manager. Apparently Sim City 3000 has problems with higher resolutions, but I thought the whole point of buying things on GOG was that they work on modern systems? I'd have hoped GOG would have tested the game with a monitor released in the last 20 years, but obviously not.
