Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30™

Difficult

While I appreciate the time and work put into this first series, personally, I dislike the heath system where any hit you receive is permeant until the end of the chapter. A random kraut would be somewhere you don’t expect and surprise you and you have to start over. And if you lose too much heath, you might as well restart the chapter, knowing where all the enemy soldiers spawn points are and going over the same story again, thus degrading the experience. I like the call of duty-style health system more where your heath slowly regenerates over time which the later Brothers in Arms series implemented.

Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway™

Epic Game!!

Brought this several years ago. I love the combination of action, tactics, strategy, and storyline in this WW2 genre.

Theme Hospital

Earthquake destroyed Theme Hospital

Theme Hospital is a fun game and I loved to manage. I enjoyed all aspects of the game, from managing, to designing, optimizing, and training. However, I HATE the fact that when a machinery is broken when an earthquake occurred, that space is lost, permanently, forever! I would much rather have the game give you the option to edit the room and remove it. To me, this concept ruins the game. I also dislike the fact that you can't control the flow of patients. I would think hospitals are run like a business, if the reputation of the hospital goes lower, there will be fewer patients. That wasn't the case, forcing me to start over when I made mistakes in the beginning. This game punishes you heavily on a flawed beginning. Overall, it's fun but it could be much better if that earthquake permanent removal is changed.
