Hidden & Dangerous 2: Courage Under Fire

Still one of my all-time favourites

Note: This game does not support widescreen, and there is no known way to force it. It does support high 4:3 resolutions, though. Also, the GOG version still suffers from the occasional save corruption bug, where the game will crash when attempting to load a save, and the only solution is to restart the mission. Annoying but survivable. That said, if a tactical WWII squad based stealth/shooting game with open maps and freedom on how to approach objectives sounds like something you would like, and you can deal with learning a slightly clunky command interface (and rebinding all the keys, the defaults are atrocious), then this game still shines, even today. And come on, at that price? If that sounds even slightly interesting to you, just get it.

The Settlers®: Rise of an Empire - Gold Edition

Decent game, issues not fixed.

The game itself is pretty decent - far better than both Heritage of Kings and Settlers 7 in my opinion. But beware: if you have more than 2 GB of video RAM, you will be forced to run this at the very lowest texture resolution, making the game look horrible - and run poorly. GOG really needs to fix this for modern systems.
