A delightful game about an undelightful scenario. Resource gathering with a side of survival horror set in early 20th century eastern europe. You must guide your train wreck survivors as they build shelther, keep a low profile, gather food and tools... All while keeping the peace inside camp as aristocrats and the blue collar folks alike have to live both with each other, and alike each other. Theres 3 different end game scenarios to beat so there is a good half dozen playthroughs of content here. The only real complaint i have is how the AI isnt very dynamic and most small situations you come across only play out a single way. Thats just the limit of an indy game with a limited budget, though. This game was a true testament to how a handful of talented designers can really bring a unique and exhilirating thought of whimsy to life in the form of a fully-realized game. I recommend it to people in conversation all the time. If I ran a bigger-box software company I'd bend over backward giving these talented folks a chance to bring an even more dynamic and broad version of this game i treasure to life. here's hoping!
