You'll guys HAVE to pardon me but I just have to leave this very emotional testimony here. Back in the early 2000's I had a family, and those were the days. We used to play lots of stuff, Sacrifice, Age of [you name it], StarLancer, Silent Hunter, Novalogic games, Ghost Recon, SWAT, Rainbow Six, a whole bunch of Jane's sims [mainly USAF and WW2 Fighters], just to name a few. But this one was special... it demanded attention so a dual boot from win2k/XP to win98SE was a requirement, failing to run at certain times for reasons beyond our comprehension. But for the times it ran on our 3 [4, now and then] machines, WOW!, what a joy we used to have! Dogfighting was the funniest, guaranteed thrills off of our sessions, and we used to play a lot of aerial sims [nickname's a proof!], each having their own pros and cons. EAW was, from all of them, the most "realistic" experience we had back then, being it pve or pvp. I simply couldn't believe when I saw it at GOG [had to hold some tears!] as I'm trying to get my hands on it after, I don't know... 15+ years?, and heck!, will have to wait a little longer as our payment providers are not working properly due to a local holiday... [damn!] But it's finally here. Thank you very much from all of my heart to every person involved in bringing this back to life again and to GOG/CDPR for making this possible! SkyFrontier out...
