Mars: War Logs

Lost interest.

Was it my fault that I lost motivation to keep playing? I really don't know. I didn't have much motivation to begin with, but I hoped the story or gameplay would hook me. It didn't. It really isn't a bad game. Maybe I'm just not the "target audience". (not political pun intended)

Saints Row 2

Good premise

It's a shame the game keeps crashing at random times. The story and characters seem appealing. Indeed it reminds of SR4 which I played years ago. From the hours I played it seems like a surreal gta. The cars, people and the world seems like made for amusement instead of realism. I'm gonna try SR3 now for better PC support. I hope I get a bit of background story to know what happened during SR2.

BloodRayne 2: Terminal Cut

I'm a fan now.

I became a BloodRayne fan after finishing both games, and BloodRayne 2 sealed it for me. What hooked me most was Rayne herself. She’s bold, confident, cheeky, funny, alluring, and not afraid to swear, insult, or show her hatred. That mix of sensuality and raw humanity makes her stand out. She’s not written to be “safe” or sanitized; she kills for vengeance, not for some noble moral excuse, and that honesty is refreshing. Her voice actress deserves praise too: deep, sensual, and confident, perfectly matching the femme fatale she is. Combat is another highlight. People complain it’s clunky, but once you get the hang of it, it feels exactly how a BloodRayne movie should look and sound: fast, brutal, elegant, and gory. Executions are stylishly visceral, and the bosses add a puzzle factor that reminded me of DreadOut. It’s challenging but rewarding, especially if you grew up on old school games. Visually, the remaster looks fine, though I admit I prefer the first game’s engine and Rayne’s design there. Still, this one carries the right atmosphere and delivers plenty of stylish gore. The story is straightforward, very much like a B-movie; simple, pulpy, and unashamed of it. Yes, the combat can feel inaccurate early on, and the plot isn’t deep. But if you’re looking for unapologetic feminine sensuality, blood soaked action, and the original badass dhampir, this game delivers. I’d only recommend it to players who can still appreciate that without flinching. For me, it was a blast, and I’m glad to finally call myself a BloodRayne/Rayne fan. It's a real shame it seems the 3rd game will never come (The ending is very open to a sequel). This will be my very own Half Life 3 type of struggle.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly

Working for now

Playing with mods; Female mods and related accesories. I played Anomaly for hundreds of hours years ago. I'm just waiting for the game to crash. I hope I can enjoy it without any crashes this time.

King's Bounty: Dark Side

False advertising...

Although there are sexy girls, in gameplay they are very lacking in presence. I got tired of waiting for a store that sells female soldiers. Same with the previous game.

STAR WARS™ Episode I: Racer

I can't finish the tournament

I keep getting stuck INSIDE a rock in the antigravity tunnel and can't escape it.

BloodRayne: Terminal Cut

Games like this went almost extint

Feminine beauty and sensuality for an action packed badass game. More than a decade past with feminist calling for censorship of such tropes. Will the industry go back to freedom of expression some day? Money speaks. It wants fun games back. It's said as we get older we lost enjoyment in games and get bored easily. No. The problem isn't us. It's the games. So safe, so afraid to express passion. So bland. Only a checklist for investors and good PR. Men like watching pretty women. Is that so unacceptable? Tolerate others. The gameplay is so fun. The enjoyment I got from this reminded me of Max Payne 1. If you played Blair Witch Rustin Parr, this game will fit very well with you. It's just an action shooter version of that game. I love how the lore across Terminal Reality games is kept. Many things from other Terminal Reality games are present in this one. God I loved this game so much. This was the first time I played it. I played it in hard and only got problems with the end boss. Very appropriate. Played with a controller.

FlatOut 2

Even without nostalgia, awesome.

God I miss games like this. I never played this game before but I liked the style a lot. It's like a proud patriotic racing game... It's the most american racing game I've played. Driving feels great for the time. The physics reminded me of Max Payne 2, though maybe it's a bit more outdated. The music is great. This game is of my generation. 1 Star less because the rubber banding it's ridiculous and because the campaign is sadly a bit repetitive. I tasted all 3 type of events and played with a friend the minigames but I didn't get to the ultimate tournament because I'm tired of playing this game. Anyway. I loved it while it lasted. Now I will probably play Star wars races... It has been more than 20 years since last time...

Medal of Honor: Allied Assault War Chest

As good as I remember. Very nostalgic.

Playing through the campaign was extremely nostalgic for me. I played this game for first time for maybe a year, between 12 and 14 years old. It was the first game I ever played online, and what a memorable experience it was. I still remember this event. It happened saturday morning of march 2006. I got the chance to play my first couple of matches before having to go out for a family trip to a handmade plant pot market... It was sunny but not very hot. I think my dad had the subaru legacy station wagon back then. I was in the car, we were going back home, and I couldn't wait to go back to MOHAA, while reliving and processing this new experience that was multiplayer gaming. This time around I played the game in hard and I found the challenge very entertaining. It was similar to play CS1.6, so I didn't die much. I only got stuck near the end of the game, when you have to escape an exploding underground facility. I probably quick loaded 100+ times just to exit the last door before getting picked up by your allies. I played 95% of the game with the sniper rifles or some any other carbine, since they deal the most damage and you only need to be accurate and quick at aim, and I'm very accurate and quick. The worst levels were those with alarms and permanent spawning of enemies. The game runs perfect. It's just like in the old days. Thanks to new technologies, levels load super fast and quick loads too are ridiculously quick. What a enjoyment this was. And of course thanks to the GOG DRM Free I will able to relive my memories in 20 years more!

Post Mortem

Shoulda now better

I never play investigation games. I have very rarely cared for any point and clicks. I hate puzzle games. I was lured in by the pretty girl, the art and the price. I'm sure this game is perfect for someone else.
