I didn’t have High expectations for the game so that’s probably the reason I’m not disappointed. It runs well on my RTX 2060 laptop on Ultra (RTX off) and on Medium (RTX on) there are still many visual bugs but I didn’t encounter any that were gamebreaking. I really like the story. The world feels lived in even though the NPC don’t react as natural as in a GTA V or RDR2. The vehicles handle a bit sensitive on Mouse and keyboard but I got used to it about 2 hours in. The graphics are great even though they aren’t the best I’ve seen. I would recommend everyone to at least try it and if its not their kind of game go refund it.
