The Last Door: Collector's Edition

Surprisingly frustrating

The landscape scenes in the trailer were gorgeous, and made me buy this game. But the very low res pixel graphics in game makes me struggle to find object and understand what they are. The first chapter felt very slow and empty, and some of the tasks/puzzles seemed illogical to me. Chapter 2 was an improvement story wise, as there are npcs to interact with that made the world more interesting. However, I still find the puzzles a bit illogical, and also am unable to find the right items to complete the tasks I have identified must be done. Thus I end up walking back and forth and pixel hunting for new interactable objects that I may have overlooked, which gets tedious over time. But maybe in the end that is what will send me "to the brink of madness" as advertised ;)
