Simple gameplay but you will want to make a second playthrough or +game to see what you have missed in the first and to may change your story: the game has 5 endings (1 good one). The game consists of H-Scenes which you will see while you try to gather the money needed to pay the doctror. Very kinky even if you have no control other then not to go to a specific job. The game is more like an adult adventure book or a little life-sim then a game, but not a graphic novel either. I did like it. Needs free Kagura Patch for adult content which is quite hardcore.. I learned that this game genres are called "corruption", ntr (gf cheating-you suspect/know/see) & slice of life-sim. :D
My first Hentai-JRPG and I had so much fun. It kinda re-awoke my passion for videogames. The gameplay/battles itself are not very difficult but the game is a ton of fun and very cute. You also have a lot of strange quests to absolve and you can do a lot of stuff in the city, from selling vegetables to prostitution. The battles are really fun as you can use kinky-specials against your opponents which makes those battles very fun. All in all I am having a funny and kinky blast.
Much fun to play. Much better then part 4, reminds me of the first game of the series. Graphics look much better then on the screenshots too. Works without problems on my Win10 Laptop with integrated (evo) graphic-card.
Yes, nice graphics, but the rest is totally boring: the story has no thrills, no high points, does not flow, is totally boring (played the first two chapters), the humor is not existend and the puzzles are flat, stupid, not enhancing. Never bored myself that much with an adventure game, and i really wanted to get befriended with the game.

The game plays in the legendary orient express before world war I. It trys to simulate realistically realtime and it is non-linear with many story turnes and endings depending on what you do. The Story is a murderstory. Game Chars have their own artificial intelligence. As stated in wikipedia, the game has about 30 "fatal" endings, and good ones as well, where only one is considered to be the proper ending. The graficstyle of the game is pure art - just a pleasure to look at, to get immersed, to enjoy it, to enrich ones soul! The game did not well when published, typically for games that are too good, too special, too deep, too avant garde, ... - despite it has received a lot of good reviews! It`s a great dventure game, a special one - one of the games gog stands for in big letters! This is one of the games that should be at a videogame museum! :)
