What can I say? I've waited for 22 years for a chance to buy a real and legit copy instead of set of pirated Russian CD's. Thank you, GOG. Brilliant game, brilliant SCUMM VM emulation. And what a joy it is, to finally pay for your favorite adventure game. I'm speechless. For newcomers: this is the best Blade Runner non-movie media around. Feels like a third motion picture. Also 'random replicant' part of the game is still fresh and every walkthrough is truly unique. This is the place where modern Telltale/QD games began, only it's a good detective adventure and a good movie at the same time. Shooting still sucks though, but the overall story worth it.
The game itself is awesome. Mechs, anime satire, big guns, japanese plot tropes... And non-stop action! And thanks to the artwork, game still looks OK. But dear GOG, do something with music playback ingame. When i'm in main menu - music is working just fine. But in game? Total silence. It's kinda strange and looks like some sort of sound card emulation issue. Tested on me MacBook Pro with Win7 and PC with Xonar Essence STX.
