Despite being terribly overpriced for what is mostly just an HD remake, this still stands the test of time. This is the second CC that I've played, first one being CC2 / Last Stand Arnhem. This title captivates the spirit of eastern front of WW2: its back and forth struggle between the largest land armies in which you will as a player experience frustration and desperation whichever side you play on - just like it should be. The only problem - which is consistent across these titles - is that the maps are tiny: even the largest maps only scratch the surface of the scale the biggest battles were like IRL.
