Cyberpunk 2077

Separate the hype from the game

This game is being reviewed so harsh just because people created expectatives beyond reality. With this said what is CP2077: -Is a game which strongly relies on the main story, think in the W3, but here the objective is more clear. Characters are well crafted, I'm like 7 hours in the game and I felt attached to some of them, not because they were likeable but because they are credible. -Technically is beyond anything I have ever seen. Playing it in 2K preset high, and you can't imagine how beautiful is. Some people claim that they can play properly, most of I have seen are nvidia users and my guess about it is that they are playing with RTX on. They blame the devs for this. I think too that most people don't know how to take care of a PC, so be sure to do a clean driver install (use DDU unistaller), deactivate W10 gaming layer (really messes with performance) and don't be obsessed with fps (take this last statment as a recommendation, that obssesion nearly ruined most games for me). -As nearly every open world game in release there are some bugs, like floating objects and similar, few I have seen. But on the contrary, not a single crash or game breaking bug. Said this, the thingy that got me dissapointed: -UI is truly invasive, I can't deactivate quest marks, they told you what to do EVERY MOMENT, go here, go there, go here, go there... I expected more from this dev, really. This is the only thing making me lowering from 5 starts to 4. OVERALL, this is an incredible game and amazing experinence, if you have a decent PC you should play it by yourself.
