There are many things you can customize, gameplay wise. Not in graphics, or toon looks. Sessions can be repetitive, but in the end, I've played a lot of short dungeon explorations that led all 7 toons to level 30ish. Although I may abandon the game for months, it's very easy to get back to it (no need to start a tutorial again) and that's good :)
