When I first played the game when it was originally released I rated it a 2. It had its moments but a lot of the game felt superficial. And not to mention the awful performance crippling any fun to be had. From playing Witcher 2 and Witcher 3 I knew CDPR didn't have a great track record of releasing performative games but Cyberpunk was rough. I still remember all the billboard cars in the distance and the sparse streets where people disappeared as soon as you turned around along with police spawning behind you. After my second playthrough with the release of Phantom Liberty the game felt complete. Mechanics, abilities, guns all felt more filled out. The quest felt more meaningful. The story felt more interesting and alive. Being in the Cyberpunk universe felt more exciting. I wish they would create another few expansions but I believe this is it. My only gripe is I found it very annoying you couldn't unequip weapon mods without installing a mod.
