Classic archetype of bloody fighters. However only few characters to choose and needs outer application for gamepad to use anyway. Funny animations, nice background viewers, plastic Goro, hard to play on easy difficulty, combo almost doesn't work on pad, so keyboard is better but feels clunky. Buy only for nostalgia-feelings and test of your 'key-typeing'.
Wspaniała gra, w której najbardziej lubiłem strzał z dubeltówki w twarz 3paskowym dresiarzom (w grze określanym jako Bandyci) oraz gonitwę za uciekającym zmutowanym psem, aby potem szybko nakarmić go ołowiem. Na deserek było ognisko, opowiastki innych stalkerów i gitarra. W skrócie, tak naprawdę, najbardziej klimatyczna strzelanka FPP jaką znam.
For EVERYONE who is regerting on performance issues: just turn off FOLIAGE DENSITY (switch to 0 or maximum 1). It doesn't affect flowers, bushes, trees, cactus, only this stupid 3D grass. Who the hell puts 3d grass in game- don't ask me - it should be vertical 2D textures or frames will drown down like floppy fick. Postal4 feels like a weekend casual fun pew-pew game. If it was Postal2Remaster it would be understandable. There are "up-dated" jokes (like usage of mobile phones by every person in the streets, and nonstop record-reaction for Dude's actions), silly situations, posters, bystander gossips, many items kickable interaction and so on. However, it's just nowadays absurds sticked together, put in some canyon city and called a Game. It gets boring fast. So better treat it like casual fun from time to time. BTW I play with my old PC: Intel i7-4770k, 32GB RAM, Geforce gtx1080, SSD, Windows10; PProcessing, Occlusion, Shadows, Textures, Effects, Fluids on ultra quality, no blur, overpopulation and other performance options on default setting and everything is fine in 60 FPS. (I have Nvidia Effects turned ON in video tab options). [It's rather 3 and a half stars for rating.]
It's demanding but worth playing. Nice difference in leading single group of characters to all Warhammer computer games. The Veteran skill points system is interesting addon. May get repetitive but after leaving for some time you will come back with good attitude.
