If you played previous Shadow Warrior titles do yourself a favour and DON'T buy this game. The regression in depth of the game is absurd. What you NEED to know before you buy: - forget about loads of weapons, enhantments, stats, crafting, adjusting your equipment like in SW2 -> it's not here. - There's i no map exploring or side quests, or any deeper character development. - Also there is no way to customize your fighting style like in SW2. The game forces you to use weapons, and katana is just a backup. - The game progress is just running along a simple path with frequent jumping and grappling hook. - Items around you are no longer destructible. Also the enemies are extremely repetitive. - There is only one animal in the game: a bunny, and it looks hidious. - Environments are pretty indeed, but there is no photo mode like in SW2 - It took me 7 hours of gameplay to complete the game. While my SW2 on steam took me 37h of gameplay to completion. All it all, I am hugely dissapointment, I can't understand why would they even do that? It' would be WAY better to just make a DLC to SW2. If I knew that all I'd happily wait a few years for -80% discount.
