ToEE has quality issues, but it's the most accurate, scrupulous, thoughtful and hardcore 3.5 ruleset adaptation on PC - worth trying if only because of that. I had a lot of fun with ToEE and - dunno why - was immersed in its world and story more than with any other D&D PC game. Also awesome music. Circle of Eight modpack is a must-have thing, probably - check it out.

Seems like people complaining about the controls simply don't know how to properly use Pause feature in RTT games. Otherwise, I have no idea. I love the idea (in fact I myself tried to make something similar some years ago, lol), I love the game lore and atmosphere and I haven't found any critical issues with implementation so far, although they could do more with it. I would give it 4/5, but since this game seems underrated - 5/5
