Great game, why is DLC more expensive?

This game was great, but how is the DLC cheaper on Steam than it is on GOG... I don't understand that.

Missing from Library!

I clicked buy and checked out, it says I own it, not showing up as a box to check or even under the Backup/Goodies to download and install! Come on GoG where is the DLC to install?!
