Very mysterious for me too but for all the wrong reasons. My XP machine (way above the minimum spec. just won't load it "UnSetup has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and my Windows 7 Machine (not so hot but still above minimum spec.) loads it then bombs. Can I be bothered to stick it on the Windows 8 laptop...? Very disappointed. Patch hasn't done anything, so debating as to whether to keep it and see if it works anywhere else or ask for a refund.
