Cyberpunk 2077

A great experience

I see a lot of low reviews here, and it's a shame the game didn't work for so many people. I never had any problems with the graphics, the game has never during the +500 hours crashed for me, and I haven't encountered major bugs ingame. The only bugs I've ever ran into were some minor graphical bugs of the detailed textures of clothes loading a bit slowly, but this got fixed some patches ago. The quests and lore are great! Of course, most of the thanks here goes to "Maximum" Mike Pondsmith, who has crafted the game world and the lore for the tabletop Cyberpunk RPGs ages ago, and has diligently worked to improve it ever since. Especially the nomad lore was to my liking, and the characters in those questlines were especially enjoyable. All of them felt really "alive" and believable, and the interactions and conversations were fun. Driving around, now that the driving mechanics have been fixed, is also great. I've been playing with a keyboard + mouse setup, so I don't know how it is with a controller, though. The visuals are amazing, and the sceneries are just fantastic. I have to note here, however, that playing this game without RTX really lowers your experience, so I'd mostly recommend this to people who have ray tracing -capable GPUs. In general, if you have a good computer, it's a breeze - but if you have a mid-tier PC, maybe skip the game. It's very visuals heavy. All in all: one of my favourite games. I think the devs did a great job, but feel free to disagree.
