Fallout

As always a great classic!!

Everything I know and love, pure Fallout in all it's glory!! I haven't played this in over 2 decades, but i have played all the ones since to death, so it was about time to revisit it!!

Realms of the Haunting

Long time owner of the BOXED OG version.

I have owned and played the OG boxed CD version of this classic FMV/FPS and have to say it surprised me by running on up to Win7 and the Steam version on Win10. I am grabbing it here as it will(hopefully) get brought into the GOGs GOG program at some point. It deserves to be perserved as an example of FMV games done right not to mention that the unmodified game ran even on W7 as it is definately a DOS for Windows game in '96, even some later games until maybe 2000 still were DOS based but made to work under W98. A must have for nostalgia and to see what used to be in gaming. And I t is inded a great game!!!

XIII - Remake

Maybe time has erased some things for me

I know the original wasn't perfect, especially with stealth mission failure parameters. It is so hard to know if you stashed bodies in a good place or not. Releasing hostages can be janky at times. Resetting your loadout every level is frustrating, how hard would it have been to make it an option in the settings, OG way or keep your current weapons for most missions. That said it does a fair job of capturing the spirit of the OG game and plays well on modern systems...

Beyond a Steel Sky

A welcome return to PC!!!

I will admit to only having played a small part of Beneath a Steel Sky but enough to have a feel for it. This double warms the heart as I am a fan of the Broken sword games from Revolution also!! I loved the George and Nico images for the broach.

The Uncertain: Light At The End

A good narrative experience.

Although not a perfect game, it has a compelling and interesting story and I am certainly looking forward to the continuation of The Uncertains tale.

Dagon: by H. P. Lovecraft

Dagon was da-gon great!

I thoroughly enjoyed this telling of the Dagon tale! For Lovecraft lovers and those that enjoy Eldritch horrors of all flavors!
