Sim Hospital is one of those games that everyone looks back on with nothing but love. The game is packed with hilarious and often absurd British humor, but has the depth of the some of the most involved management games out there. You can't help but laugh at the craziness of it all while you're busy trying to research that last bit of R&D, changing the placement of one of your bathrooms, trying to clean up the numerous vomit stains, and watching as a doctor deflates the noggin of a sufferer of Bloaty Head. It's a blast!
