The Tycoon games are always hit or miss, but the games that they put all there effort in is the RollerCoaster Tycoon series. Sure without BullFrogs 1994 hit Theme Park, these games would not have existed. The graphics are a little bit out dated and odd with customers bodies being really chunky funny shapes. The building tools are very annoying and tedious, especially the terrain tools and trying to build buildings or an entrance is just a nightmare. One more thing, I wish there was a bit more management elements of the game. With that said its a really great game for wasting time. If you spend a great deal of time you can make an amazing theme park with beautiful scenery with the expansion packs of the animals, swimming pools, different themes and if you go a bit deeper you can find great mods for the game. I had a lot more fun with this game than the original theme park by BullFrog. I know the developers of the game are bankrupt and I wish them luck with the recovery of their company because I do want a RollerCoaster Tycoon 4.

I got this game on a whim because I like RTS games, as soon as I opened the game I was transported to the 60s in to a James bond/ Austin Powers cartoon. You play one of three evil geniuses, every different evil genius has different skills so choose your evil genius wisely. You may have noticed you have three basic minions and one henchman, like your evil genius your Henchman has his own specific skills too. Your goal is to take over the world. How I hear you ask? Build an underground lair of course. Be careful with the design of your rooms once its build you cant go back. You cant run the world with that number of staff, so you will need to build a barracks straight away to get more minions in your staff roster. At the start of the game. It will look like your building a hotel for your minions but once you have build the basic rooms (more importantly your control room.) You will have the ability to send your minions world wide to Plot, Steal and complete jobs. This is where your multitask skills would come in handy. You will find your self cycling back and forward to your lair to map view trying to juggle killing spies or capturing them and sending your guys to steal, plot or do jobs. Worth mentioning also is you will have to micromanage mostly everything especially your avatar evil genius you do not want him in any room with spies. Don't worry though you can build traps, Armoury and freezer rooms to help you out. Oh No the electric cut off just remember to save a big room for your power plant this will get annoying once you build many rooms but I am afraid it as to be done. In the later game you will have enough minions to upgrade to scientist minions and enough money to build better new exciting rooms for all your staff. You will see a lot of the objects have upgraded like doors and traps. You will also be building a hotel to keep the spies occupied and off your tail. So there is a lot to do in this Fun packed 60s James Bond cliche game. I loved it 5 Stars

Every gamers favourite childhood game is this. One of the best classics Sim/Managing games out there with out a doubt. one of Bullfrogs finest. The game starts with a game board and each space on the game board is a level. Each level Puts you in a empty building and they all come in shapes and sizes. Its your job to build the best hospital you can out of these buildings. Each level gives you some goals you have to get right like you must end up with this much in your bank account by the end of the level. every level also comes with it joke illnesses like head inflated and tasks like cure these patients in this amount of time or else the reaper might come in to the hospital. The staff you hire are all jokes too especially the one liner receptionists. This game was the reason why I fell in love with sim/managing Games. So if you never played it buy it....... Its a steal at this price on GOG

I loved the game constructors but a few years had past and I lost the CD. I then learned there was sequel to constructors called Street Wars (MOB rules) Its exactly the same as constructors with a mobster theme instead set in the roaring 20s. They took away most of the undesireables (Criminals) leaving the Mobsters. This time round your dealing with Mobster AI teams and its has a bit of a storyline. In Story mode you take orders from the Boss Don telling you what to do throughout the gameplay. You will be trying to jugle keeping your Bankroll above red, building your buildings, Upgrading them, Keeping your tenants, trying not to let the other Mobsters not destroy your buildings, trying to build up your Mobster Crew and finally trying to take over Everything . Good Luck with that. It Is basically the same as constructors the graphics the whole mechanic's behind it. It is the same sort of british humour only a bit darker. So the Choice is up to you if your a fan of mobsters get this version of constructors I love both

When this Game first came out I went to the store with my money. I was saving up for another game but my money was burning a hole in my pocket. I saw Constructors on the shelf and I had enough money for it and the cover of the game was soo cool well I thought with the cartoon Mobster and Hippie. I bought it brought it back home and was playing it for hours. It was so hard trying to build my the little town trying not to let the AI teams take over. It was really entertaning all the undesirables (Criminals) animations however it does get repetitive animation and gameplay but you can play it for as long as it entertains you and turn it off and come back to it and it will still be fun. You can also turn off the animation in the options. One of my all time Fav Games. I lost the CD to this game. I was looking for this game forever it went off the shelfs pretty quickly. thank god for GOG.com
