The negative feedback is mainly from people who have never modded a game before - took me a couple minutes to find a fix for the crashes. I sincerely doubt these people are capable of installing a mod on their own judging by the outrage but here goes nothing; Buffout including the version of f4se it comes with. And get high fps fix while you're at it. It's so refreshing to be immersed in a Bethesda-level open world that actually dares to say "no" to you. I've been just exploring stuff, and I've barely scratched the surface of what's there. Incredible job, so far. Mind you, when a perk says "a gift or a curse"... It certainly is the latter at least. Take it from me, I just got back from a fever dream of an imperial hellscape and I don't remember when was the last time I had such an excruciatingly delightful experience in a game.
