When the game first came out I rated it as a 7/10. That's a good score. The game had imperfections, a lot of them, and it really drove down the rating. It did not live up to it's potential, let alone what the fans had been promised. After Phantom Liberty, the game is a solid 9.5/10. Almost all the technical and gameplay issues I had with it have been fixed, and a ton of QoL changes have pushed its rating up. The addition of Phantom Liberty has made this game my second favorite , and that's really saying something because my favorite game is Red Dead Redemption 2. This game is well worth it at full price and a steal at any kind of discount. Just buy it, Samurai. You've got a city to burn.
