This game took away my anxiety / depression. Toggle some presets to generate a type of island across multiple types of biomes and climates (desert / rocky / rainy / snowy) and build away. Build your island the way you want it and save it. Move on and build the next island. Get it on sale and de-stress at the end of a long day of work. I've tried FPS, strategy, racing etc., and while this is certainly not as exciting as those, this has no potential of making your day worse.
