Just based on my own enjoyment of the game, for me, it's a 5/5. There are things I expect will improve but at this point very few of the bugs I encounter actually diminishes my experience. I can't remember the last time I cared about who I work for and what choices I make the same way I do now. At the time of this review, I'm just shy of 50 hours into the game, level 24, and it doesn't feel like I'm very close to finishing it yet. I haven't fast traveled once and at this speed I don't intend to. The city is just that fun to drive through.
