This game has looks & feel of classic adventure games and delivers great humor and puzzles. Humor is perhaps not for everyone.
Been waiting on this game for a while; I played all other games in the series. Art style - Great! No, it is not like in previous games (nor it should be); it is different - still great. Humour - Hey, it is still Monkey Island and Guybrush at his finest Puzzles - Puzzles are more on the Telltale series level than on the first two games. Story - Nothing spectacular, good Ending - Dear god ... not sure if the Monkey Island game is supposed to make you depressed. Won't spoil the end, but god, it sucks on so many levels.
Baldur's Gate was and still is an amazing game. Enhanced Edition (EE) doesn't bring that much new things but updated UI and graphics is definitely a plus. Still, you could achieve all that with mods but for lazy guys like myself - Enhanced Edition is better. If I had to choose between original and EE - I would choose EE.
My first game in Monkey Island series, it's still as good as I remember it. Simply stunning animation & graphics, simple UI, great story, and humor. Oh yeah, and Murray :)
Loved the original, love the remake. The possibility of switching between old/new graphics and UI is really cool. Artwork is great and in my opinion is as closest as they could get to the original. UI can be a bit clumsy at certain points (grog mugs part) but it most certainly isn't a deal-breaker.
