Dive deep inside crumbling Rapture city. This time you experience this journey through out Big Daddy eyes. You are uknown prototype who tries to find out the truth. Walking back inside desroyed and burning down Rapture city never been so awesome. Better and improved combat mechanics from the first game as its lets you to use plasmids and gun at the same time. Killing splicers was amusing and fun. Useful tactics always pays out at the end. Best encounters with Big Sisters as they make you dance and think smart before taking them out. They are ferocious and agile while you are easy target for them cause your slow tanki mobility. Making enemies fight between themself when you use tricks on them makes it even more fun. Great story with twister characters and spin offs aftermatches. Different choices let to desire for replaying this masterpiece. Personally I think this is better game then the first one. One fact that you control Big daddy is a bonus and the story telling is better. Sadly a lot of people had mixed reaction on this title. One of the most forgotten gems in game library. Must play for every Bioshock fan. 10/10
Homeworld Cataclysm is the best from the trilogy and yes I said Cataclysm cause I played it back in the day the original release. Its not just a game it’s the best space strategy game ever released. Space exploration, feeling small in those large empty milky ways of solar system, not knowing what to expect and discover. Everything fits into the amazing story of Cataclysm. Now the Homeworld 1 has also good story but not as good as this one. You basically become a hero from little known trade-exploring ship vessel. Space strategy in this one is done to the masterpiece level. Tons of ships to discover and build, a lot of unknown factor may be scary for you in the beginning but when you learn the patterns you soon start to feel like you are the captain of this ship. Voice acting is also superb. The story is the strongest part too in this title. Mixing with scare factor in this situation was a right move. Cause unknown space should be felt from scared eyes. If you love strategy games and you never played space strategy game like this one you should grab it asap. From back then when the trilogy was released to this day no one could repeat the same quality as Homeworld games did and they are still the best.
I discovered Shantae series not long ago and now I think this is one of the best platformers out there. Not only its one of the most beautiful and charming games but it also combines so many other formulas from past games that we played on SNES era and others. The story and levels are deep and rich. So many things to discover and unveil in later pats after you get stronger and more skilled with your character abilities. The variety of gameplay design is astonishing good. Fun and challenging boss battles never lets you to sleep. But the game is not trying to be very unfair. Everything is balanced and tweaked out. Music in this game rocked my socks out fom nowhere. There are so many beautiful tracks and there are few of them that I consider they are one of the best tracks I heard in any video game ever. The music is so touching that you want to listen to it over and over again. If you are platformer and metrovania junkie like Im you probably already went to get this game after you read this. In a mean time I will try to jump into other titles of Shantae.
New Super Lucky Tale is one of the most heartwarming platformers out there. Charming artstyle brings back you to classic days where platformers were on the rise. It really reminds me of good games like Mario Galaxy 1 and 2, Donkey Kong, Spyro and even Super monkey balls. It has tons of different variety of gameplay style and levels. Each world represents many challenges and gives you chance to test your skill against fun boss battles. Collecting coins feels so good and fluid cause tight controls makes this game perfect. If you like good platformer this game is must play. 10/10
Everything was going smooth until the last fucking encounter when they throw at you millions of enemies sudden just to piss you off. Seriously was liking this game until the last last part. I have no time to waste on this crap. If you can get it on sale for 4-5 eur you should try it but this is not x com game.
Want to feel sick about yourself and see what monster you are? Well you found a perfect match with this game. Spec ops the line simple based gears cover up shooter. While I enjoyed a story and interactions with the team members later on the game drops a sick card on you to feel bad for what you are for what you as a soldier doing here. Never experienced this before. Smart move and shows all the horros of the war. It's not pretty but it is reality. Sadly. Recommended for one time experience this game. It one of a kind. Get this game on sell and you good. 7/10
Tango Gameworks with mastemind Shinji Mikami just blew my mind with this game. If you crave for the horror back into your mind this game will deliver this. Evil Within take another step forward and makes you shiver from its presentation. Really like the story and what it does to uncover full truth. One of the best experience you can have. It so unique and new. Amazing settings and boss encounters wont let you sit calm while you try to narrow all these horrific dreams. This game reminded me a bit of taste from silent hill 1 and 2 for sure. Fun gameplay mixed with stealth and action approach wont let you snooze. Plus two amazing DLC explain some of the story plot that were left semi unexplained in the main game. I will rate this game 9.5/10 Now the wait begins for Ghostwire Tokyo from Tango Gameworks studio.
