It is more than a game, for me it's an authentic experience. I suggest to play this game to those people that are interested in an intruiguing plot set in a fantastic open world. All those characteristics that should make it an RPG are a bit missing, you can custom your character but in terms of plot you don't have a lot choices to see how articulate and tangled your story could be.
