I can't really review this due to issues with my track pad. It makes battling hard, or impossible. I can't even defeat the first little mouse in the starter mouse hole. I am running on window 10 installed on a MacBook. It's possible there is a driver issue with the trackpad. I followed the instructions for how to do an attack, but I can't get the attacks to work consistently and sometimes the direction of the character changes or something. :( Can anyone say if this game works with a controller? I might have played an elder scrolls or might and magic on a friends PC awhile back, probably when it was new. Thought this would be nice to check out, but as mentioned, I can't use the trackpad to swing my sword.
Not sure there is much to say. The game is a bit old, but works as expected. Purchased it since it was the closest to the SNES civilization available. A bit more complex, but you can probably pick it up if you have some civilization or gaming experience. It looks like it supports multi player by sending around a save file. There are probably other features too. I haven't played more than a few turns so far.
