It's not unfinished: it's incomplete. It feels as if many features and settings were turned off waiting to be turned back on once all the bugs have been fixed. I am enjoying playing it a lot and to me it is nothing like I have played before. In a good way. Make sure you have a powerful rig if you don't want to experience many bugs; wait to buy if your system is not powerful. Like in CDPR tradition I am sure that all the negative feedback will turn into 5 stars as soon as the first expansion will be released. I am also sure that it will be a free expansion. A game of such scale needs time and real world testing to shine. The same happened to Witcher 3, until Blood and Wine was released. Again, if you have a good rig I definitely recommend it. If you are still on a GTX 1070 card, wait.
