Finally got everything working, even the intro video. Search for Final Liberation dxwrapper by elishacloud (which should bring you to github) Follow the directions (extracting 3 files into game folder) I removed the compatibility settings on the epic40k.exe by selecting "Change settings for all users" at the bottom of compatibiliy settings in properties of the file After hours of trying different things, this works perfectly.
Never played this and picked it up here in 2024. I'm loving it and am engrossed in the story. I think the graphics are awesome and I've dialed in the colors via monitor settings. I found an ultrawidescreen (witcher aspect ratio fix) fix that allows the cutsceens to play correctly (3440x1440). A couple of janky things happen as can be expected, but overall plays great.
