When I was very young my family was gifted this game to play on the original PSX. We didn't have a lot of extra money and lived in a small town so I never had a memory card. I would play and try to leave the PSX on to get as far as I could. Of course it would get turned off and I'd have to start over. Flash forward to the PS2 release and I still have my copy. Memory card in hand I finally sat down to play. I cannot recommend this game enough to anyone who loves an RPG. I find the details beautiful, the story so in depth and interesting. It has so much to it, so much you can do on the side and I really, really don't want to spoil it for anyone going in fresh. I have griped for years how there is no convent way to play without an emulator or the cost of an arm and leg. Please, if anything about the characters or story even slightly catches you give it a chance. Explore, do side stuff, goof off and collect things. One day I'll catch that final fish I've never caught... one day... Thank you so much for releasing this. I'm so excited and happy to have people try it out and I hope dearly to see people play it for the first time.
