Beneath a Steel Sky (1994)

Very well done, for a short game.

I would not have expected this game to be as good as it was. When I first installed it I did expect much. Once I started playing, I couldn't stop. The game was somewhat short, but a great way to pass the time. The story was very well played out, the graphics were good for its time, and the voice was great. Beneath a Steel Sky exceeded my expectations. I recommend everyone to at least give this title a try.

Duke Nukem 3D Atomic Edition

One of my Favorite FPS of all time.

I must say that DN 3D was and still is one of the best FPS out there. I have played this game over and over again. Now that it is playable in (Dos Box) Windows XP (and up) it keeps the legend going on and on. This game was so great for people who were able to use the level editor to create maps and mods. The engine was also used in so many games after wards. Now that I installed the HRP, the game is even that much better. Trust me, if you haven't played this game yet... GET IT, you won't be disappointed. Thank you GOG for adding another great game to the collection.

Redneck Rampage Collection

Simple Redneck Game

Redneck Rampage was a fun game, but once I beat it I didn't feel like playing over again nor did I feel like playing the expansions. Coop was fun at times, but I enjoyed Duke 3D a lot more. In fact a lot of the games that used the Duke 3D engine just felt like MODs, EX: Shadow Warrior, were nothing too special. I'm not not saying I didn't have any fun playing these games, it's just that it got repetitive after a short while. If you are looking for a game to kill time, then Redneck Rampage is a good choice.

FlatOut

Crazy Fun.

Flatout, well is Flatout insane. If you enjoy cars fliping across your screen or blowing up into each other, then Flatout is the game for you. The later games have improved game play and user interface. Very fun series.

MDK 2

MDK, a missed genre of games.

MDK 2 continues the story from where the first left off... well, not exactly but close to. With the improvement of game engine, MDK 2 still delivers the same funny and hilarious content that the first MDK provided. The only sad thing is the fact that the series didn't go further with any following titles. I'm just hoping that one day MDK 3 will hit the selves. MDK 2, worth playing.

MDK

Fun at every corner.

When I first played MDK I wasn't fully impressed with the graphics engine. Thing is, it wasn't the quality that impressed me but the content. The game had an easy plot line, but kept me entertained. The jokes and slap-stick humor is what made the game different. I feel as if MDK is in a genre of it own. Very fun game to play.

Unreal Gold

It's still Unreal.

Unreal was one of the first FPS that, for me personally, used it's engine well. The main thing I love about the game was the amount of strong colors used. The sound track was also well done. The story line was interesting yet simple. I still can't forget that part where the lights went off in the corridor and all I heard what a creature running towards me, then in fear blasted all my ammo away just to dispose of it. Multiplayer was very fun as well. The success then led to the UT series. Great Game.

Descent 1+2

Decent: 360 Degrees in the making.

I used that play on LAN with the Voodoo 3D patch all the time. These games were what started me off in the Flight Sim universe. A great game with Great Action!
