Much Played and much loved, yes it could be improved, but the solid ground foundation was there to build upon, what went wrong ? approaching 1000 hours playtime on Port Royale 2 and still enjoy it, trying port royale 3 but so much of the hands on adventure and battle and trade is missing, A revival gone wrong, Take some advice, DON'T LOSE THE OBJECTIVE ! That being an enjoyable Semi realistic simulation.
Limiting to as few words as possible, a Masterpiece, already have the game on cd but it is wearing down, nice to know I can replace it, and just for the record it works on 10 aswell, or it does on this one, every bit as good as any classic could ever be, and the inspiration for many more, and such an easy interface and fully adjustable AI, I could only improve it because I'm a perfectionist by nature, but all it really needs is 21st century graphics.
