Might and Magic® 7: For Blood and Honor®

One of the best RPGs of its time

I will try to avoid the nostalgic side of me as much as i can to explain a few things about this game: -It is an old-school dungeon crawler role playing game, which is still enjoyable today -Tons of replay value. Lots of quests you are going to miss on your first playthrough, not to mention all the classes and their different ways of advancement. -Huge world for such an old game. It will make you suffer at times with below average navigations, but for me this just makes the game even better, as you mostly need to figure out these things on your own, given that you dont just look things up. (It is OK if you look up the skill trainer locations though trust me) -Lots of creatures and magic from different fantasy worlds, which is basically the style of these games and HoMM 1-5. -An OK story, if not the best. It will keep you interested especially if you are familliar with the Might and Magic games. Choices matter here and there, but dont expect an older Witcher 3 in that aspect. -Game is difficult. It will definitely crush your soul if this is your first dungeon crawler game. But it is not anywhere close to being impossible to beat. -The game is real time, but you can go turn based in combat(which you should, at least sometimes) which is mostly why i like this game more than world of xeen. -Great soundtracks, even better, in my opinion, than the previous games, although other sound effects and the lines that your characters use may get you bored later on. -Character development, assembling your party and managing your spells/valuables: For me this is the most fun part of this game. No class is broken, they all have their strengths and weaknesses. And you will come to realize that Class A goes well with Class B and C, but does not synergize well with Class D etc. From over 50 different combinations, you will have to find your personal best as you will most likely want to play this game again and again. (My personal best party is Thief-Archer-Cleric-Druid) -Have fun!
