press T, delete "Say", type "preferences" and enter, open the d3d tab and set the precaching line from false to true, no more stutter
The female voice actor is fine, but time and time again when I start a new game the first nutkick I meet is this fucking guy trying to sound cool. Just talk normal, Jesus Christ. The game is good, but there is no endgame content. The streetcred gets maxed out way too fast. The assault rifles and submachine guns are terrible and useless. The 1st person view in cars is set way too low, that's annoying. Everything else is good. Fun game
